What if I'm not home?
If you need to reschedule, please let us know by 14:00 the day before your scheduled delivery date and we'll arrange a new date at no cost. We may charge a £49 failed delivery fee if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons within the customer's control, including cancelling after the goods have been loaded, providing incorrect contact details or delivery address, refusing delivery when the driver arrives, or no one being available at the delivery address on the delivery day.
Can you deliver to a flat above the ground floor?
Yes. Stair delivery is available for properties up to the third floor for an additional £20. Our team can carry appliances upstairs where access is suitable, including narrow stairwells and tight corners. We'll confirm the access details before delivery to make sure the right team is assigned.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver throughout the week, including Saturdays. Contact us for specific availability on your preferred date.
What happens to the packaging?
We remove all packaging from your home and recycle it responsibly. You won't be left with boxes and polystyrene to deal with.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You'll receive updates by email as your order is confirmed, dispatched, and on its way. The evening before your delivery date, we'll confirm your four-hour time slot.
