Free standard delivery to every London postcode. We cover all of Greater London. No minimum order and no charge for standard delivery.

What Happens on Delivery Day

1. Place Your Order

Order online and choose Standard Delivery (free) or Preferred Day Delivery (£14.99) if you'd like to pick the day that suits you. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Your Four-Hour Time Slot

The evening before your delivery date, we'll send you a time slot confirmation with a four-hour window, so you know when to expect us without waiting in all day.

3. Delivery Day

Our team arrives within your four-hour time slot. If anything affects the schedule, or we need to check details about access, we'll get in touch.

4. Arrival & Access

Please make sure there's a clear path from your front door to where the appliance is going. If anything could affect access — restricted parking, no lift, tight entrances — let us know in advance so we can plan for it.

5. Delivery Into Your Home

We carry the appliance into your home and position it where you need it. Stair delivery is available for properties up to the third floor for an additional £20. We take all the packaging away with us.

6. Installation & Old Appliance Removal

If you've added our installation service, our engineers will connect and test the appliance during the same visit. If you've selected old appliance removal, we'll disconnect and take it away. We'll leave your home clean and tidy.

Planning for a Smooth London Delivery

A few things worth thinking about before delivery day.

Parking and restricted access

Many London streets have limited parking or timed restrictions. If access to your address is tricky, tell us in advance so our team can plan around it.

Flats and upper floors

We deliver to flats every day, with or without a lift. When you order, just tell us your floor and whether there's a lift so we can plan the carry and send the right team.

Tight spaces

Before ordering, check the appliance dimensions against your doorways and hallways, and clear a path to where the appliance is going. If you're unsure about access, get in touch and we'll advise.

Yes — we deliver across Greater London, and standard delivery is free to every London postcode.

How will I know when you're arriving?

We'll send you a time slot confirmation the evening before your delivery date with a four-hour window. If anything changes on the day, we'll contact you.

Yes. Stair delivery is available for properties up to the third floor for an additional £20, and we'll plan the visit around your access details.

What if I'm not home when you arrive?

If you need to reschedule, let us know by 14:00 the day before your delivery date and we'll arrange a new date at no cost. If nobody is available at the property on the day, a failed delivery fee may apply.

Do you remove packaging?

Yes — we take all packaging away with us and recycle it responsibly. You won't be left with boxes and polystyrene to deal with.

What does installation include?

Our installation service (£79) covers connecting your new appliance to your existing plumbing and electrics, positioning and levelling it, and testing that the connections are secure with no leaks. We don't install gas appliances. Old appliance removal is available for £29.
